Clash of the Titans is coming. Developed by Warner Bros. Interactive and Game Republic (the force behind titles such as Genji: Days of the Blade and the upcoming Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom), Clash of the Titans is set to appeal not only to the core of action game players, but to fans of the old and new Clash of the Titans movies and mythology fans alike.

For those not totally familiar with the source material, the Clash of the Titans movie(s) follows the exploits of the hero Perseus as he sets out to destroy the epic Kraken laying the smack down across the land. In his quest to be able to fell the beast, Perseus encounters numerous different characters, fells a large variety of heinous fiends, and acquires a tasteful selection of epic loot.

With the June 29th announcement that Clash of the Titans had gone Gold, there is not much to do but wait. Luckily, the release date of July 27th is not too far away. In the meantime, Spawn Kill has wrestled together a few screenshots in an attempt to appease the Gods without having to sacrifice any kind of animals. Definitely keep a look out for this title, and stay tuned to Spawn Kill for any and all upcoming information on Clash of the Titans.
