MGS Rising Will Use New Graphics Engine
Kojima Productions has stated that Metal Gear Solid Rising will not be using the engine used in MGS4, but it will be using an all new graphics engine that is said to surpass its predecessor’s. Kojima Productions podcast host Sean Eyestone said, “We’re redoing the engine from scratch, and it’s going to look amazing.”
He also stated in a recent podcast that there is a large development team working on MGS Rising and that the team aims to make it looking great on every platform.
The same podcast episode revealed a few other details, including a few things regarding the place of the handheld MGS titles in the storyline.
