America's Army LogoNow available for pre-load on Steam is the sometimes controversial America’s Army. Whether or not you love it or love to hate it, it’s now up for grabs to anyone with a Steam Account and the ability to double click, for the price of zero. Zero being a rather appealing cost of entry to those hungry for some team-based multiplayer action and aware of the release schedule this year. While not unlocking until the 17th, it would be a good a good idea for those interested in playing on launch to go ahead and pre-load now, avoiding the rush once it goes live.

Fans Boycott Left 4 Dead 2

Many found Valve’s recent E3 announcement that their hit game, Left 4 Dead, would have a sequel (the cleverly titled) Left 4 Dead 2 surprising, but some fans found it ouright horrifying (sorry for that, couldn’t resist). Yes, over 20,000 L4D fans are determined to boycott the sequel (via Steam, Valve’s online digital distribution service), claiming the company has done a vast injustice to its customers by releasing a sequel rather than an add-on or expansion pack.
