Blood Bowl On Its Way to Store Shelves

SouthPeak Games is happy to announce that Blood Bowl has shipped to retail shelves throughout North America. The upcoming fantasy sports title is set to release next week for Windows PC and the Xbox 360. With the Super Bowl just around the corner, there is no better way to get ready for the big game than with a football game that features fantasy creatures from Warhammer. Blood Bowl Videos and Achievement List

Blood Bowl is set to hit store shelves next week and just in time to hold you over till Super Bowl Sunday. This Warhammer-inspired football game combines strategy, extreme violence, fantasy characters and Americas favorite sport to bring gamers a very unique experience. Blood Bowl tests your tactical and strategic skill as you try to march down the field to score a touchdown or kill the entire team to stop them. 3D Dot Game Heroes Won’t Be Delayed for Europe

Because Atlus doesn't have a European branch, Japanese games localized by them in the US must find a different publisher for PAL territories. This usually means long delays. For example, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona, Knights in the Nightmare, Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier, The Dark Spire, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor, Crimson Gem Saga, and Demon’s Souls… etc. haven’t even been announced there. However, SouthPeak Games has decided to pick up 3D Dot Game Heroes for Europe, which is good news, as the game is scheduled to hit store shelves in May, the same time frame as Atlus in North America. Blood Bowl Getting North American Retail Release

Previously available as a Windows PC downloadable title only, Southpeak Games today announced that they're releasing their Warhammer-inspired football game, Blood Bowl, as a retail package for the PC, Xbox 360, and PSP early next year. Just in time for the play-offs, the PC and 360 versions of the game are due out next month, with the PSP version of the game dropping sometime in Spring. Blood Bowl, for those not in the know, is based off of American football and the Warhammer universe and consists of you making teams with such fantasy staples as humans, elves, and orcs. Victory is achieved by scoring more points or violently eliminating the other team until they have no one left to play. Dementium II Gets Release Date, New Screens

Some of you may find February 14 to be frightening. After all, if the idea of a scary little angel-esque creature flying around and shooting people with arrows of... love isn't frightening enough, then the possibility of having to buy something for your significant other for another materialistic holiday probably might do the trick. If you can survive that date this year, there's another just around the corner: Dementium II releases on February 16, 2026 for Nintendo DS. Europeans, you have a bit longer to prepare yourself, as the game releases March 5 in PAL territories.

Fast Food Panic DS Trailer

Even though it looks like we'll be panicking a few months later (the original fall release window is now Q1 2010), Fast Food Panic still looks like it could be a fun, casual game in the likes of Order Up! and the Cooking Mama franchise. The game will be available for both Nintendo Wii and DS. You can visit the official website for some more information, including a fun flash game to help make the wait a little more bareable.
