I don't know what it is about the LEGO franchise that makes us want to buy its products - whether it's the actual building blocks or its videogame counterpart. Though we have no word on when the US version will be released, we can only hope that it will be around the same time frame, possibly within the same month.

Review: NBA Jam Thumbnail

Review: NBA Jam

Although the days of going to the arcade to play your favorite video games is nigh over, many developers have been trying to bring back classic arcade titles through XBLA/PSN and through full-fledged remakes. They more or less just gave us the same game, which is most definitely not a bad thing at all because the original formula was amazing. The biggest problem facing NBA Jam’s return was if this game can offer enough lasting appeal that sports fans have come accustomed to in recent years.

Zelda Rumors: ZOMG…Majora’s Mask Sequel?

Wii fan or not, one cannot deny the influence of the Zelda franchise in our gaming world. And, as we all know, the larger the franchise, the more rumors that seem to surround potential sequels. Joystiq has reported, based on information posted on Japanese message board 2Chan, some very interesting rumors that have led to much speculation. The most intriguing of these rumors were the inclusion of time travel and that the Link in this game is the Hero of Time from Majora's Mask. This has led many to believe that the new Zelda may be a direct, or hell, indirect sequel to Majora's Mask. Kids Choose Nintendo Over Nickelodeon and Disney

Trying to gauge what kids like used to be extremely difficult. Do they like Pokémon, Power Rangers, Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob? Should I go with Star Wars or Barbie? Are Nerf guns still cool?
