Ser Isaac of Clarke’s Armor in Dragon Age 2

There are many things that can be said of the Dead Space franchise, but I think most people can agree that Isaac Clarke's space-suit is among the most impressive looking in sci-fi history. The marketing folks at EA are capitalizing on this cool-factor by giving Dragon Age fans even more incentive to buy Dead Space 2, released next Tuesday. Packaged in early copies of the game are codes for downloadable armor in Dragon Age 2, which comes out in March.

Dragon Age II: Penny Arcade Motion Comic “Hindsight”

After a new Dragon Age II trailer just a few days ago, it was surprising to see another released today. However, unlike the previous two videos Bioware has posted, this one has a very different feel. Rather than being a fancy trailer or showing gameplay footage, this one is a motion comic by the folks at Penny Arcade, chronicling the history of a famous magical belt called Hindsight. Dragon Age II “Rise To Power” Trailer

Bioware has released a new trailer for Dragon Age II, titled "Rise to Power," that features more of our hero, as well as featuring "new gameplay, more of Varric and Isabela, a new area of Kirkwall and more of the qunari invasion."

Free In-Game Weapon in Dragon Age 2

This news is going to be a short one - as BioWare is being cheap on the details, but they are going to be giving away downloadable codes for an "epic in-game weapon" in Dragon Age 2 this month. They will be giving away 50,000 codes randomly to those who hit the Like button for Dragon Age on Facebook via the official site as well as sign their name in blood and drink a good ol' goblet of darkspawn blood. Well, maybe it's a little easier than that. Just sign up for the Dragon Age newsletter after you do that whole Facebook thing. And if you've already done both then consider yourself already entered. According to the news update from BioWare, codes will be delivered via e-mail by the end of September.

Dragon Age 2 Dated, Mass Effect 2 PS3-Bound

BioWare fans have plenty to look forward to: a new Star Wars MMO is in the works, a rumored Dragon Age: Origins GOTY may be coming soon, and Dragon Age 2 is on the horizon. Today, BioWare and EA gave the RPG sequel a firm release date, and also revealed that Mass Effect 2 will be hitting the PS3 in January.
