APB Returns With New Developer
All Points Bulletin is an MMO that was shut down this year due to developer Realtime Worlds going out of business. Now, the game has been scheduled for a return with new, free servers in the first half of 2011. No official release date has been announced yet.
The return is thanks to developer GamersFirst who bought the IP and is working on updating and reworking it to make the game truly free to play. The developer has stated that they are talking to the original team and are trying to make the game better.

It's a sad day for Australian All Points Bulletin fans. Apparently the crime-themed MMO won't be reaching its shores any time soon due to a lack of local servers. According to EA, they said that APB won't be launching in Australia in July because the game is too fast-paced, and a local server would be absolutely essential.

ALT+F4 is jam packed with MMO news today, as well as clarification from Bethesda on Todd Howard indicating that the next Elder Scrolls game isn't happening any time soon, which caused alarm for quite a few gamers out there. Guild Wars 2 has started the slow build up to Hypetown with a new teaser site. The Champions Online beta has opened up, and I've taken it for a bit of a spin.
