I’ve got one question for Alice… How much more messed up can you get? I guess we’re going to find out soon. If you haven’t heard yet, after 10 years, American McGee has finally decided to make a sequel to his critically acclaimed Alice. From the recent teaser, the game certainly looks like it’s ready to come back as strong (and creepy) as before, and now a new trailer has arrived straight from Tokyo Game Show. It’s been TEN years since American McGee announced the deranged epic Alice title on the PC. Ten years! At EA’s recent Studio Showcase media event they’ve (this time officially) announced that they will be releasing the sequel next year in 2011 for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. Judging by the screenshots (in-game!), concept art, and the wild teaser trailer they’ve dished out — Alice: Madness Returns is following in the proper footsteps of its mind-altering predecessor.

Oinkers being used as weapons? When pigs fly! Er, maybe not — maybe they’ll be flying at the release of American McGee’s sequel to the original, fantastic Alice. According to the developer’s Twitter account, we could possibly see adorable pigs utilized in some form of combat. Of course, whether he’s joking or completely serious is anyone’s guess.
