My all-time favorite game is and always will be The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES) from the good ol’ days but most of the time you’ll see me on Xbox Live playing Call of Duty 4 (still) or now Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood or rigorously training to not be terrible in Super Street Fighter IV. I also like Shark Week, Hoarders (I am one) and love love horror movies and twisted shit.

Besides gaming, I’m a huge nerd for things like Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. Yep, so that means I sit around and watch the commercials when you bounce for the doritos. It’s all good though, I’ve self-constructed a robo-clone who gets up and get me Mountain Dew and oreos since I can’t de-wedge from the seat during my favorite shows. My dream job is to be able to combine my passion for video games with my passion for marketing, also open to joining the PR sector here in NY since marketing is a small world on the East coast.

I am a lifelong gamer with a passion for gaming immersion — playing the kind of games where one can be utterly consumed by the experience. While action games and first-person shooters are my specialties, I prefer to spend my time playing ridiculously complex strategy or turn-based role-playing games. I enjoy almost all genres of gaming (sports games being the exception) and find comfort in the lifestyle and lingo of the gaming community. I am very much a fan of older video games, particularly those from the 16-bit and 32-bit eras. I am also somewhat of a game collector, though I only collect games for consoles that I own. When I am not playing video games, I like to write, read books, watch movies, play electric bass, or engage in tense matches of table tennis.

As you may be able to tell, I have a beard. Now that we have put that behind us, let’s get to the good stuff – I love to game. A lot. It has consumed me for the past 22 years of my life, and I have no regrets. It is one of my few means of stress relief, but it also happens to be one of my greatest stressors in life, if that makes sense (to all you FPS players out there). It’s a love/hate thing… but mostly love.

A few of my favorite games include the following (in no particular order): Mega Man X, Halo 2, Grandia II, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, Castlevania: Symphony of The Night, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Jet Set Radio.

My favorite console is the Dreamcast (RIP), but I love ‘em all as well (except Virtual Boy, that was lame). That pretty much sums me up into a gaming nutshell. If you ever wanna game hit me up on XBLA! Megam4n X.
