The Tokyo Game Show is coming up soon, which is both exciting and depressing for English-speaking gamers, as many titles never find their way to our markets, or, if they do, often take years to do so. Despite this, it can be an exciting time nonetheless, and for fans of quirky, humorous Japanese strategy RPGs, you definitely have plenty to look forward to.

For one, Nippon Ichi will give details about their new downloadable game, Disgaea Infinite. Right now it isn’t certain whether this will be a PS3 or PSP game, as sources conflict, with some saying it will be portable and others saying it will be for the console only. Perhaps the game will be playable on both systems, in the way that PSOne Classics are.

With the recent release of Disgaea: Dark Hero Days for PSP, fans of the series have a lot to be be happy about.
