Gears of War 3 Beta Coming in The Spring
It was previously reported how the Limited Edition version of Bulletstorm (for 360) will grant players access to the Gears of War 3 beta. In an interview with Gamespot, Epic Games President, Mike Capps, spoke about how the plan is to release the beta in the spring, with April looking likely.

Capcom 3, the fight is on for the possession of a vial with unknown contents. This trailer shows off a good amount of the roster as a big fight commences in a lab of some sort. We already know that the original Mass Effect will be condensed into comic book form when Mass Effect 2 hits the PS3 next month. After getting a title for that interactive comic, we now have some details on it. Mass Effect Genesis will take 20+ hours worth of game time and spit out 6 key decisions for players to make. This comic won’t serve as a mask for the installation of the game, though. It’ll actually kick in right after the epic opening moment of the game ends, with Shepard’s life at the balance.

Fighting games and touch-screen controls; almost sounds impossible, right? If it's anything like Capcom's touch-based Street Fighter IV, then Mortal Kombat fans have a neat little pre-Christmas gift in the just-released Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for iOS. This iteration of the game seems to trim down the roster, offering "13 klassic warriors including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Sonya Blade." It doesn't lack in variety, though, offering "multiple game modes, kustomizable kontrols, and updated visuals aimed to maximize the high-resolution Retina Display."
