Magicka Closed Beta Details and New Trailer

Like all things with Magicka, they just have to do things different when it comes to publicity. First they released a hilarious teaser trailer and then there are the two videos explaining how the game was delayed. Today they announced the start of the beta by releasing a teaser trailer parodying the Ali G intro. Titled “Get Your Robes Ready!”, this trailer doesn’t show us any gameplay and has little to do with the game, but it’s funny so who cares! Check out the trailer and all the details on how to get into the beta.

To get into this closed beta is as follows:

1: Snap a photo of yourself in a Magicka Robe (bath robe, smoking robe, house robe, Snuggie- whatever works!)
2: “Like” the Magicka fan page on Facebook - www.facebook.com/magickagame
3: Post the photo on the Facebook page wall. Don’t be shy!

By posting your image on their Facebook page, you have a chance to get a place in their limited closed beta. If you are one of their winning wizards, you should expect a confirmation within 2-3 weeks.
