Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom Now Releasing November 23
Usually when a publisher announces a release date change, it involves a delay. However, today Namco Bandai revealed the game will actually be releasing a week earlier than originally scheduled, on November 23 (instead of November 30).
Those of you with an XBox Live Gold account can already enjoy the demo; PS3 owners will have access to it later today when Sony makes its weekly PSN updates. The demo allows players to experience the first level of the game, in which the hero first encounters Majin, apparently demonstrating both the combat and puzzle elements of the full game.
“Wrapped in an emotional journey of courage and friendship, Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom takes players on a majestic adventure as Tepeu, a cunning individual who must rely on his agility to triumph over increasing obstacles. What he lacks in might, his towering companion makes up for it with his colossal size and brawn. As players progress through the game’s lush environments, the Majin will continue to acquire additional abilities that will provide access to previously obstructed areas.”
The game will be available for both 360 and PS3 at the usual MSRP of $59.99.
