Free Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light DLC coming to Xbox 360

For those Xbox 360 players who have been waiting (im)patiently since late August to be able to play Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light online, Square Enix is releasing “All the Trappings” DLC for free starting on the 27th of this month; the add-on will be free for a full 30 days.

This DLC will feature a new area to explore and more of what makes Lara Croft who she is: exploring, puzzle solving, and shooting anything that gets in her way. Also, this add-on will allow players to play the online co-op that has been missing since day one of the game’s release. The price tag of free is Square Enix’s way of apologizing for not including the online co-op when the game was released.

Though this is great news for fans who purchased the game for the Xbox 360, PC and PS3 fans will have to wait an undetermined amount of time to play online and get their hands on the newest DLC.
