Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright Crossover Game Announced [Update: 3 Min Epic Trailer!]
You heard right, Level-5′s Professor Layton and Capcom’s Phoenix Wright will be teaming up in a brand new game called Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright (Layton Kyouju vs. Gyakuten Saiban). Announced today during Level-5′s annual press conference, the new crossover title will be released on the 3DS and features a combination of crime solving and puzzles with Phoenix Wright creator, Takumi Shu, heading the development. We’re not sure when we can expect this game to be released, but I sincerely hope that it’s soon. It almost makes me want to buy a 3DS right now.
This would have been an awesome reveal at E3. I’m more interested in this crossover than what has been shown on the 3DS so far.

Seriously though, this seems like it could be REAL fun. I’m looking forward to it!
Not a fan of crossover games because it’s just fanservice. The art styles in these two games don’t meld together in my mind.
Yeah, I really like Layton but I’m not so sure about this.

True, the art style between the two games don’t mesh well together. But I am hoping that they’ll fix that since it’s still in development.
Either way, if it was available for Pre-order I’d be running off to the nearest game store.
