New Playlists Hitting Modern Warfare 2
Just uploaded today are two new multiplayer playlists for Modern Warfare 2. These two new playlists will allow gamers to play public matches with no Killstreaks. Barebones Pro consists of TDM and FFA while Objective Barbones Pro will consist of Domination, Demolition, HQ Pro, and Capture the Flag. This update is currently available on Xbox Live, and will be coming to PC and Playstation 3 alongside the Resurgence Package DLC the week of July 6th. Barbones Pro allows 4-8 players and Objective Barbones allows up to 12 players. I don’t think i’ve ever played MW with Killstreaks disabled so this might actually get me back into playing it.
Barebones Pro:
Play Team Deathmatch and Free-for-All. All Killstreak rewards are disabled.
Players: 4-8
*Xbox LIVE Party Chat allowed
Objective Barebones Pro:
Play Domination, Demolition, HQ Pro, and Capture the Flag. All Killstreaks rewards are disabled.
Players: 8-12
*Xbox LIVE Party Chat allowed.
Hey everybody I'm back, me Chris Sloan … anyhow i personally feel that this is a fantastic idea. Now i have played very little of the game since i go over my friends houses to do so, so the no kill streak will help me feel less like a amateur. But it will also allow a hey I'm going to jump in half way through without having low Killstreak.-Chris Sloan
I've been waiting for a Barebones playlist for a while now - no killstreaks is fine but I would of preferred no noobtoobs. Still this is exciting.

regular capture the flag with kill streaks needs to be brought back
