As with any Black Friday deal, this promotion will likely sell out just hours after the store’s opening, but if you can snag some sweet sweaters, jackets, shoes, or even some unmentionables in excess of twenty dollars, then you can also bag one of the cutest music/rhythm titles this year.

It’s great for regifting and even greater if the hole in your favorite jeans continues to grow.  Suit up at Old Navy and hurry home to rock out with LEGO Rock Band in a Thanksgiving feast-induced stupor. Brutal — in a cute, innocent kind of way.

Lego Rock Band is being sold as a family-friendly version of Rock Band, though in my opinion the previous titles are already family-friendly. With cutesy characters, less death metal and more pop songs, it’s clear which demographic Rock Band is trying to hit even though some of the songs in the game can be enjoyed by all ages. Among the list are classic artists/bands like Elton John, Jackson 5, Jimi Hendrix, and The Police. The game will also feature more modern acts like Pink, All American Rejects, Blink 182 and Rascal Flatts. Unlike The Beatles: Rock Band, players will be able to export the songs from Lego Rock Band (for a $9.99 fee) for use in other Rock Band games on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems. The game will of course also support DLC. I’m glad to find out the export function is back since the game features one of my favorite Jackson 5 songs. Both the consoles and DS versions of the game will be releasing on November 3^rd.  Check out the full list below:
