Pretend for a second that you aren’t already inundated with video game news, and clap your hands for Best Buy.  They’re launching their own magazine during the last week of June called @Gamer, and will be the official magazine of the store.  The magazine will be published by Future US.  Though print publications have seen better days and these last few years have been particularly rough for them, Best Buy has decided to try their hand at a gaming magazine.

With EGM Magazine making a comeback and Best Buy now entering the ring, we’ll have plenty of reading material.  Personally I’m really glad to see another magazine at the stands, as I have always had a soft spot for magazines and newspapers that I can take along with me in my travels.  Unfortunately, the name of the magazine is really all we have to go by right now.  There has been no news yet about what the layout will look like, but it’ll be out soon enough.  Do you plan on picking up a copy when it hits store shelves in June?
