Brutal Legend Track List Leaked, Then Revealed
After recently hearing the relieving news that Brutal Legend will most likely stay on schedule with its “Rocktober” release date, the internet has been abuzz about the highly anticipated title. Today, a sneaky someone at Kotaku snagged the (since pulled) track list for the games soundtrack, included in detail after the break.
In case you weren’t already psyched about this game, prepare to do some serious head-banging to greats such as Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Motley Crue, and Whitesnake. The list includes approximately 100 songs, although it is interesting that the page has since been pulled from the EA Denmark website.
However, an afternoon EA Press release confirmed the track list.
”This soundtrack took years to put together as we wanted to represent every genre of Metal, and also have the perfect music for every epic moment in the game,” said Tim Schafer, President of Double Fine Productions. “It’s designed to be loved by Metal fans, and for those who are not, it will either convert them or make their heads explode… or both.”

If in the game, Guitar Hero is poked fun at in some form or fashion through the use of “Through the Fire and Flames”, I will love the inclusion of Dragonforce. However, the rest of the tracklist is too awesome. Just too awesome.

Well, I watched the walkthrough of the first 15 mins or so of the game narrated by Shaefer, and it was awesomeness. Pure awesomeness… even if they have a bad song on there, lol, MC.
